Gosh! I guess if someone wants it, it is available – 91 floors… how will the Indian fire brigade reach? It all very vertical, very concrete and badly planned with congested roads outside of the 'mansion in the sky' and pollution everywhere.
One should buy a land in Mumbai 3.0 and make the most amazing luxurious home you dreamt off and all within 10 CR! Old money can be used for an abode in nature. Am sure they have a villa/farm in Alibaug or Khandala/Lonavala/Pawna.
Old money also bring one membership at Willingdon or Bombay Gymkhana. You can choose to step in and out of nature and use old money smartly.
