
If you have read my annual review, you will know about my fat loss journey. At mid-forties, our body metabolism slows down and we get fat easily eating our normal meals. As such, it is important to exercise regularly and also adopt a healthy eating diet. In 2024, I shed 2kg from 72.6kg to the 70.6kg. I am glad to share that I made some progress. I brought my weight further down to 68.9kg. As the old saying goes, “Health is wealth”. This quote is a timeless adage that underscores the fundamental importance of well-being in all aspects of life. It encapsulates the idea that true prosperity isn’t solely measured by material possessions or financial abundance, but by one’s physical and mental vitality.
