I had a delay on Southwest of a day. Flew Portland to Denver delayed an hour and couldn’t make their once a day flight to Steamboat Springs) They reimbursed me the cost of hotel/transit/food ( total $157) and gave me a $200 voucher for future southwest flight in the next year. Excellent customer service!
Better advice here is to haggle HARD when buying any jewelry. The margins on that stuff is insane! My fiance and I’s wedding bands retailed for $4200. They said best pride for both is $3500, I offered $3000 and they accepted. I got her ring like 40% off as well!

Hopefully that's the only one you ever have to buy because diamonds are the biggest ripoff in the jewelry store.
