It seems like some people panic sold it after they heard about the next armory updates and didn't want to risk having to hold it on the medium/long run (and also to get cash to buy the next collections) and it kinda heavily snowballed. Even if we take into account that the skin was prolly a bit over-evaluated earlier, the actual price really seems way too low to stay in that range.
