Caleb is a weirdo, alot of evidence he is a s*x deviant and takes advantage of people on only f@ns income, BUT his content is still good, so most are ok with it
I knew this kind of a family, where the guy was trying to earn as much as possible to provide for his wife and kids for years, and you know what? he just dropped dead on his way home from work. His heart just stopped. And he was only 45 and his kids were teenagers, and his wife struggled so much after, because they didn't have so much money saved, thanks God they had at least the life insurance. His wife should know better than allowing this to go on and on and on until she loses a husband. And he is risking his own health and life, if he goes disabled from being overworked, how that will go? He needs to know better.
Being scared of auto pay is literally insane. Also, I feel like he thinks school is the answer to his problem but it's not. I'm sorry sir, but with your lifestyle choices and at your age, that ship for pursuing 8+ year career paths of schooling is gone. That should not even be something you're considering, in my opinion.
Obviously this man is making some bad decisions. A lot. But, the silver lining, he’s clearly a hard worker. He definitely can pull him and his family out if he puts in the work and makes the changes
When asked about other career considerations, the fact that this guy said lawyer or CRNA seems delusional to me. He really thinks that he is both smart and dedicated enough to proficiently make it through school for either one of those when he's this dense in basic finances and common sense?
Consumerism is America's number one addiction. People would rather kill themselves working than just stop blowing money. It's exactly like a drug addiction. Destroy your life for a chemical reaction in your brain. Instead of demonizing Consumerism like drug addiction its praised.
if I order a carwash, and this dude shows up.. fine.. next day I want my roof done, this guy shows up… uhm?… I need some plumbing done.. this guy shows up.. yea. no.. I want tradesman who only focus on their trade, because then they're the expert on it.. I don't want a jack of all trades, master of none.. there is a reason that saying exists..
We need to change the POV. No sympathy for people that have kids they can’t afford. 42% of kids are born on Medicaid…so nearly 20k of your tax money spend on people that make bad decisions. People act like feral cats.
My favorite thing to say when kids ask for something is “you can ask for that for your birthday/christmas” and then I write it down on a note in my phone. It is really pretty easy. You’re not saying no, you’re saying “yes at a later date.” And if you never buy your kiddos random stuff, then they know not to ask. Also you don’t want them to know all the bill/budget stressful details, but you can say basic things like “that isn’t in our budget right now” or “we are going to use our money for our bills first.” You don’t burden them with financial stress but you make spending boundaries clear.

Don’t major in minor things. It’s about the opportunity cost
“F—king Android, piece of shit.” Best line ever.

fun fact: if you unlive in your sleep due to known sleep apnea, it usually voids your life insurance policy.

A family of 6 does not NEED a 3000+ square foot home. Are they hoarders?
“the eleven years olds-“
caleb: “huh 🤨🤨🤨”
He sounds manic

Caleb is the only responsible parent that’s ever on this show.

Why’s dude talking shit about postal service they get their stuff to you on time and probably get you all those fucking Amazon packages
I chose td to pay more than my minimum balance towards my credit card. Keep yelling at people (me) its helping (me)
I’d definitely hire this guy to detail the bmw I can’t afford with money I don’t have.
Outgrew a 4-2 1800sqft after a 3rd kid? I’m rocking 3-2 1000sqft with a family of 6 on more than he makes. Weak excuse.
how do you go for a mortgage that's 60%+ of your income.. an income based on 80+hour work weeks…

When can we get a “normal person” on the show?
