Very clarity answer from pattu Sir.. Becoz Mr. Boosan is continuously asking question one by one what running in our mind.. Thanks both of you… Keep posting on this type of video's.. Very useful for us.. Thanks again
First I felt this video is too too lengthy.. but things are different after watching it. He gave me confident to proceed with corporate bonds. I was only into gold and mutual fund.. but my perception got changed.. very good video. Keep it up
Hi Boosan.. I am a great fan of your channel!! Thanks to YouTube for giving such a great platform for everyone to become an independent business man.. all you need is an idea & way of conveying it to audience.. On this video with Dr. Pattu sir.. it’s a great video but on the note on how to start investing with kids & what mistakes you should not make, I have 2 items to add.. 1. Introduce money jars when kids grow up & have them manage & plan their expenses.. 2. Mistakes: Follow your mind & heart to invest than reaching out to financial advising groups (Mainly what’s app groups that predict stocks)
I would like to get more idea on what’s the risk of investing on dividend stocks.. as Pattu sir said younger generation spending money on Divident stocks might not be healthy.. looking forward for response!
Gold related his speech different from my thought. Home loan pre close vs investment he given excellent explanation which is never hear from anywhere also this think is totally different from normal think. So many unclear doubts are clear from his speech thank u sir, thank u boosan.
Why wont you provide a name of the speaker in the title, if he is providing majority of content. This is not right. You have everything else except his name.
Don’t respond side by side( by saying “hmmm, hmmm” or adding some words assuming you’re help him to complete )when the guest speaks, it makes distractions and little difficult. Indeed he will be distracted or forget what he intended to say. Viewers get annoyed/ discomfort .Actually it is not required when we recording. Hope this suggestion helps you for your future videos
Thank you both, for clarifying points covering broader spectrum(beginner to adv.stages) of investment in a simpler & practical ways! @45min points on balancing home-loan-preclosure-vs-investment were much practical!
Bro age is 48..zero saving…monthly not assured 50k…earning….but I can earn minimum 30k….give idea for saving..because of I have one 9 years girl …..tell me best saving idea…
I'm little bit confused after watching this video. Should I not go for equity based mutual funds at all even if it is large cap funds. I'm aware that small cap and mid cap are too risky and should be avoided. Should large cap also be avoided ?
Agree with his journey to achieve FIRE but living the same by watching ur numbers grow is not valid.
If someone continues to live as frugally as they did during their accumulation phase, without enjoying the fruits of their hard work, it raises the question: What was the point of achieving FIRE?
Money should be a tool for enrichment, not just a metric to watch grow. That’s a mindset that emphasizes living a purposeful and rewarding life, which aligns with the true spirit of FIRE.
Wonderful ,Particularly the way Pattu sir gave the answers so true from the heart. The question were very logical and informative to the people who are interested in investing, So interesting to listen Very matured answers

This man is praising the "NEW TAX REGIME" he said it is an excellent scheme. This one statement is enough to decode where this man is coming from. 🙂
