FIIS AND DIIS have total 39% in RIL.retail only 10.87%.
They have only FIIS AND DIIS 27% in JIO FIN
AND retail still has 25.7%.
sO RTAIL WILL BE MADE TO vomit 90 crore shares.Let us see how they do it.
Also remember JIO FIN is highly profitable very high margin more like a company owned by ALLIANZ AND BLACKROCK… and RIL is just local..Lot of dynamics will be at play.FIIS holding permission by GOI/RBI/SEBI incresed to 49%.
So biggies including MA,ALLIANZ,BLACKROCK AND FIIS DIIS at some stage will try to throw all the retail out from here if they could.
