I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was building in a bad neighborhood that went belly up. I was just stupid to build, and because that's what everyone said, it's more profitable than prefab homes. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. So you make it sound like by getting to 100k you somehow all a sudden have the ability to use that 100k and become a billionaire.
True, it took me 8 years to grow from 10k to 100k from pure investing (had no income as a kid but received early lump sum from a loved one). Once I got a job, it took two years to grow that from 100k to 300k. So much easier with money flowing in.
Ah yes the classic "if you want to get rich, you need to be rich".

Video says net worth explodes after 100k. However, this is a 2025 video. If we need to account for inflation, then whoever doesn't have 100k in 2025 will need to get past a larger sum than 100k before their net worth explodes. The longer away, the further away the goal. Right?
However, if this is the math, then there is a level at which it becomes impossible to reach and get past that goal, regardless of how long someone saves. I wonder what that number is
