I started with nothing—no savings, no plan, just a strong desire to change my life. Opening a treasury bond was the first step that taught me discipline. From there, I started investing little by little. Fast forward to today, I’ve built real wealth and just purchased my second home. It all started with that one simple step. Don’t underestimate small beginnings!
This is a great tip. I have some extra cash in my traditional IRA waiting for a long term trade setup. Easy to just park it in SGOV for the time being. Thanks for the vod. Super helpful
I managed individual t-bills for a few years, constantly rotating them with the Treasury's crappy website. I switched to SGOV some time ago. The slight hit in yield is worth the convenience to me. This way I can buy/sell the ETF at will and switch into stocks in seconds when deals arise.
Perhaps 1 year ago USD T bills is risk free… But after Trump's rampage causing even your closest allies like Canada fleeing and the entire rest of the world all planning something in secrecy to leave USD as world's reserve fiat. I am not too sure about your statement anymore! If I were you I will try to move most of my cash overseas before its too late. Whenever everyone starts to sell USD, it too late to move. Because USA prints money indiscriminately, the entire world is footing US bills and inefficiency. Americans besides New Yorkers and Californians, majority are lazy very lazy extremely low in productivity.
@ 10:22 you stated that the Returns on this as gov investment is tax free from State and federal taxes. Would that add to your existing taxes or not. So if someone earns $200,000 a year and they make another hundred thousand from this investment, does the tax bracket go up to $300,000 ??
One of the best site in UTube Regarding financial adviser ❤. For cash USD you can get a better yield thru Sgov etf, how about HKD, AuD, Nzd and SGD. IBKR almost give nothing to non Us. Help.
Fidelity money market card is often rejected when traveling abroad. Customer service is worthless if you find yourself in a foreign county and your Fidelity card doesn't work. Schwab and Vanguard have card that are universallty accepted and their customer service is always top notch. Ii'm a long time Fidelity customer and I have watch the rapid decline of customer service.

Great info, I always learn something here. I did not know this was an option but I am getting 4% on a high yield not sure it's worth the move.

I had no idea about this. I wish I had this knowledge out of high school.

Hi, can you please explain why CDs are not good for money you won't use for 3-6 months?
Just started watching your channel and have learned so much. Thank you!

So helpful! Yes, moving my parked cash from money market account
I find it difficult to trust someone who has tax in their business name but has to include a disclaimer he doesn't provide tax advice,
Thanks for this info. Very helpful. 😊
Thank you so much for shedding the light to life of many dad to day people 🙏
