I'm returning to investing and remember coming across this channel. He simplifies everything and makes it accessible to newbies–thank you, sir! I've liked and subscribed.
big returns come from investing big. investing big comes from building conviction, conviction comes from understanding, understanding comes from doing your homework and research beyond surface level.
I have 25% of my capital investments in an IRA, 25% in index funds, and the balance spread across other investments summing up $250k. I took a big hit in the stock market 2024. Right now I am just looking for ways to recover.
With President Trump serving as the 47th president of the United States, there’s significant potential for a major market rally, presenting great opportunities for wealth creation. By investing in Proopsy modular homes instead of keeping your money in banks, you can capitalize on this surge and build considerable wealth. Just by renting them out every month, you can earn up to 100k low-key.
Construction is the real investment. The process of construction and all that documentation can be complicated when you have limited knowledge. However, with the right company and setups like Proopsy, you can be successful. That's the whole point.
Proopsy modular homes are currently a promising investment for the future, and with their recent surge in value and growing stability, they offer attractive returns. However, a lack of understanding often deters potential investors.
The wisest thought that is in everyone's minds today is to invest in different income flows that do not depend on the government, especially with the current economic crisis around the world. This is still a good time to invest in modular homes from Proopsy, making $55,000 monthly profit on renting them out regardless of how bad it gets on the economy, thanks to Proopsy..
I reached $90k today from renting and reselling modular homes from Proopsy. Thank you for all the knowledge and insights you've shared with me over the past few months. I began this journey in November 2024. Financial education is essential for over 70% of the population, as only a few are truly literate in this area.
Proopsy prefab homes are definitely on my radar now, especially with Trump’s policies. With all the market uncertainty, this might be a good sector to explore for growth opportunities.
You work for 40yrs to have $400 – 500k in your retirement, Meanwhile some people are putting just $27k in a pre fab Proopsy home for just few months and now they are multi millionaires by renting and reselling them. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life
Last year, I invested $27k in Proopsy modular homes and made about $40k within the first year for renting it out—and it’s still growing. I’ve always been a strong advocate for pre fabricated homes because it’s been incredibly rewarding for me. Looking forward to achieving financial freedom soon. And by the way, awesome content, brother!
Thank you for featuring Proopsy in one of your videos. I took your advice and contacted him for modular homes, and the house have been incredible. Paid slightly less than $29k, and now I’ve paid off my $129k 15 year loan in 8 months. Now totally debt free because I rent it out on Airbnb. Love having no debt for the last 5 months. Thank you Proopsy!
The current market/economy is unnecessarily tougher for bloomers/senior citizens. Over the years I was just buying and holding onto potential assets, which doesn’t seem applicable to the current rollercoaster market trend, plus inflation is catching up with my portfolio. I’m really worried about survival after retirement.
Best one so far brother. 5 months of investing. $177k saved, debts cleared, and a p ortfolio just shy of a quarter million. Taking investing into consideration last year was worth it in retrospect. thanks to Louise O'Brien for helping me achieve this.
Nobody can put two hundred dollars per month away for 45 years unless you have a lot of luck during all those months/years. I had to hang on to every penny I had every month just to pay the bills and make sure I didn't lose the things I was obligated to pay for.
What happens if eight billion people start investing in the S&P 500? Would the company pay its eight billion people in say 30 years with a bigger return?

Investing for my brother and mother. They each have about ~70k to invest for long term. Was thinking of going SCHD, VOO, XLK or SCHG?

Thank you for making this all so friendly and straightforward! Best video I found on Index Funds, good practical knowledge. Subscribed
Mark,
can you do this with the websites in Canada?
When you say 8%, is that the average S&P interest rate? Or is it just for example?

So is an index fund low risk as when he clicked on it it was a 4 which is high risk?
Would 212 now be as good as Vanguard? I am looking to set this up for my 5yr old
What about 500 a month for the next 15 years?
As an 11 year old, I’m glad I’m learning this stuff early! I’ll be starting an index fund one hundred percent now. 😀
1 million dollars in 45 years from now would be like having some peanuts money for buying a meal
Super in Australia isn't tax free however employers legally have to invest 11.5% of your salary into your super in addition to your normal pay
There is currently no way to actually open a Vanguard account if you live in mainland Europe.
Every family has that one person who will break the family financial struggle I hope you become the one 😏

Nowhere in this video do you show what companies you are investing in and what the rates are
