While you often hear that all mobile carriers are more or less the same, certain network operators have huge loyal customer bases who swear they are the best.
What sets T-Mobile (TMUS) apart from the competition is its constant striving to improve and devise new offerings. Comments on public forums also reveal that some customers are particularly pleased with the company’s prices, reception, speed, number of nearby locations, and special offers through its T-Mobile Tuesdays.

Over the last few months and maybe longer, the carrier has been dealing with customers’ frustration over its series of price increases.
In the first quarter of the year, T-Mobile revealed that the number of customers who cut their phone service increased by 5 basis points year-over-year. Further, the company disclosed 495,000 new postpaid customers during the first three months of the year, a number 6% lower than in the same period of last year, writes TheStreet’s Patricia Battle.
As the company continues to introduce new offers to win back frustrated customers, last month it celebrated nine years of giving customers more with T-Mobile Tuesdays.
The carrier rolled out its special Tuesday offering back in 2016 to show customers its appreciation without any strings attached. In those nine years, T-Mobile provided more than 1.2 billion giveaways, and it continues to surprise.
Soon, the carrier will be giving away a must-have summer essential.

T-Mobile’s new freebie is perfect for hot summer days
Many T-Mobile customers just love the company’s freebies and discounts that are available every Tuesday. Sometimes, these include free meals, fuel perks, free DashPass, discounted movie tickets, or physical freebies.
Now the Mobile Report reveals from an anonymous source that the carrier will offer free water bottles on an upcoming Tuesday.

The timing for this freebie couldn't be better. Last month, New York’s Central Park tied a record high of 96 degrees Fahrenheit, a temperature not seen since the year 1888, writes CNN Weather.
What’s more, the Southwest U.S. has been suffering with extreme heat. For example, in the last few weeks, there were only four days when the temperature didn’t reach 100 degrees, reported CBS News.
As summer heat waves burn across the country, it is extremely important to stay hydrated.
T-Mobile's free bottles are stylishly black with the company logo at the bottom and brand-matching magenta-colored ring at the top. The bottle size is unknown, but these summer essentials contain a pop-out integrated straw and a spring-loaded lid.

T-Mobile’s recent milestone and efforts to win back customers
Over the last few months, T-Mobile has made several moves and offers to retain current customers and bring back previous ones.
Last month it announced it will offer free DoorDash subscriptions, including free delivery, reduced service fees, exclusive offers on eligible orders, and rideshare partner discounts. A DashPass subscription typically costs $10 per month.

It has also announced the launch of a special technology, while making sure that customers with older phones can also use it. The new game-changing tech, T-Satellite, is set to go live on July 23, and it will run off of Starlink Satellite service.
T-Satellite aims to solve the issue of cell phone dead zones by relying on Starlink as a cellphone tower in outer space, reports TheStreet’s Christy Rakoczy.
In more recent news, T-Mobile launched new deals for both new and existing customers for the devices that will be available in stores and online starting July 25.
One of the deals includes buying a new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 or Galaxy Z Fold7, with $1,100 off when customers add a line or trade in a device on one of the phone carrier’s Experience plans.
