This is facts, stocks are a good way of keeping your money and not suffering from inflation, you need to work hard and smart to earn the money first. Once you have the money you can set up passive income streams and start on your journey to early retirement.
I'm 100% sure that's bulshit, to not even become a millionaire let's say you've reached a million. Investing in stocks and at some point some real estate, achieving that through a job that pays 50000$ a year is impossible since you'll have to save all of your money by going monk mode… For 10 years?!?!? I strongly doubt that.

Being a millionaire is about having an income that can get you there and so a lifestyle freedom etc. Being milionaire by a definition to call yourself one and act like this is what people want is Smart way to make views by people masturbating to the path they have already chosen and making them believe they will have something they always wanted. I respect the hustle but less be real living with your parents till 30 working 9-5 for 9 years college for a couple of years and saving every penny is not what people want choosing those others paths of career
