But why does Feroze not recommend investing in REITs? Can anyone comment or share some insight about this?
Have watched Sharan's videos where he teaches about how to choose the correct Mutual Funds, Debt Funds, Health Insurance as well as Real Estate through REITs.
Based on the same, I have also invested in a few REITs which has given me annual yields of 6.7 – 8.2% on average. This doesn't even include the price appreciation of those REITs. Hence, why is it not recommended?
Is there any better way to invest in Real Estate without having to lock-in large sums of money?

All those who say that they don't believe in Bitcoin on open forum and the US as the land of gambling are the first most to have huge chunks of allocations in Bitcoin and also the foremost followers of the US markets. That's the irony of investing 😂. Coz everything can't be given free of cost to an average investor. Otherwise the moat disappears.
