15 years ago I flew Cathay economy class from Europe to Asia and it has been the best, most spacious, yummy food including flight of my life. The flight back one year later was good as well. I haven't gotten around to flying with them again, but you still hear good things about them, they're usually among the top-rated airlines.

My parents both work on Cathay Pacific, and the snacks in business class are AMAZING !! Theres green tea ice cream, just ask for it 😉
