The recent price movement being pushed up was due to the potential listing of the reit assets! I think seem overly extended at this moment. A pullback is expected! Yearly dividend of 5.5 cents. Plus special dividend of 2 cents. Yield is about 3.5 to 4.8%. Not a call to buy or sell! PLS DYODD….
