You do that and you destroy India. China makes thing cheap exploiting its population for cheap labour and the government agenda is to rule the world. So they take bribe to only live a luxurious life not like Indian Politicians who hoard money in swiss banks. The rest of the money they put it on giving subsidies in manufacturing.
