I have seen many restaurant owners instead of investing time in kitchen with chef and making recipe they only sit on the cash counter coz either they don't know how to cook or they belive chef ko hire kiya hai mera kya kam……. Restaurant industry aapke aapne swaad se chalti hai, chef ke akale se nahin. Agar kisiko khana banne mein interest nahin hai toh bilkul maat aana iss industry mein
