The math is simple. Each quarter dollar is worth 25 cents. And there are 100 cents in each dollar. So, you simply multiply by four. Or 25 x 4 = 100.

12 quarters = 3 dollars.
16 quarters = 4 dollars.
20 quarters = 5 dollars.
