Avoid this bank at all costs. They initially reject almost every transaction I attempt, causing inconvenience, embarrassment, and damage to my reputation. I pay my rent electronically every month, the same amount to the same person… and every month the transaction is initially rejected. I have to go into the app or call them and then re-attempt. Sometimes the second attempt is also rejected. My card was rejected when making a $450 purchase at a sporting goods store. Etc etc etc. One customer service representative actually told me that it helps me make responsible decisions with my money…. WITH MY MONEY!!! I can spend MY MONEY however I see fit!!!

It’s because there is less women than men, due to the ratio of males to females in most professions ai would show men. As the internet has more pictures of men than women in finance. There’s no discrimination in ai, just the input and most relevant information.
