They want to pull down crefit for all people who had issue during the pandemic and might still not be stable yet because of hospital expenses or other reasons

Landlord wanted $10 a month extra to report rent, seemed scammy so I passed.
It's like everything some will benefit and others won't!
The Management Company I rent from gave us the option to sign up to RentTrack which reports our rent payments. I been signed up since May 2023.
