Thank you for sharing. Financial education is crucial today to show incredible resilience and discipline in the volatile market, masterfully balancing strategy and insight for success. This dedication to continuous learning is inspiring…managed to grow a nest egg of around 200k to a decent 932k in the space of a few months… I'm especially grateful to Marie J, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape. Thanks again, Marie j Freeman, for the regular updates..
And finally it's completed. Took me almost 2 weeks straight to complete, although the last part was a bit tough, I can always come back here and play the part that was giving me trouble. Than ks Ellisa
This course covers exactly the combination of Excel fundamentals + finance application that most tutorials separate. One thing I'd add from live modelling experience: the IRR and NPV functions are great starting points, but in project finance you often need XIRR and XNPV to handle irregular cash flow timings — especially relevant when modelling construction draws or milestone-based disbursements. I cover these kinds of real-world modelling habits over at @Mod3Loop if useful.
Thank you for the good work but I think EBITDA Amount is not correctly calculated. I thought that it should be Earning before taxes +Interest + Dep+ Amortization
