The transaction is expected to finalize in the first quarter of 2026, assuming approvals. According to Martin Marietta Materials, Inc. (NYSE:MLM)’s Chair and CEO Ward Nye, the actions are in line with the SOAR 2025 plan and will improve long-term profits by shifting the company’s focus to bolt-on acquisitions and aggregates-led operations. The business projects $1.81 billion in Q2 2025 sales, $328 million in net earnings, and $630 million in adjusted EBITDA. Strong performance led to a hike in the full-year 2025 Adjusted EBITDA estimate to $2.30B, which included Premier’s contributions.
