Writing a brief H1 2025 financial update on my portfolio as almost everything hit all time high! Frankly speaking, I never expect such a performance as a dividend investor. Looking forward to second half of 2025 , I will be expecting more disruption from Trump policies while hoping that interest rate will be cut which will be beneficial for my REITs and bonds holding in my portfolio. Both of them have been a drag to my overall portfolio in the last few year. However, like all undervalued stocks with high dividend I have bought, they will continue to compound while you wait for its fair value. Lastly, I hope everyone is doing well and continue to stay the course in your investment journey.
