First, OUE Commercial REIT was listed on the Singapore Exchange in 2014, at S$0.80 per unit. At IPO, it owned two commercial properties:
- OUE Bayfront at Collyer Quay, Singapore
- Lippo Plaza at Shanghai, China
Back then, its combined portfolio value was ~S$1.6 billion. That’s a S$1.04 NAV per unit.
In 2019, OUE C-REIT merged with OUE Hospitality Trust and renamed itself to OUE REIT. Since then, it expanded beyond offices to include hotels and integrated properties.
